Easy day store purchase restriction

Sir/Mam, this is to bring you in notice that I visited easy day (sanjay place,agra) on 15th july 2012 to purchase 6 set of 5 pears soap in offer that cost rs.180 each set. But there they refused to provide 6 sets, they said that each person can purchase only one set only. They put a purchase restriction to purchase items and when I said ok gave me 1 set , then they said that it is not in the stock. But in actual they were providing set of soaps in rs.196. The name of salesman with whom this whole conversation done is mr. Prashant.
