Reliance Big Tv channels problems

I have two connection of reliance big tv parent and child thus I charged on 03/12/2011 by rs 500/ For diamond package and I got sms that 12 month diamond package recharged and thanks for that. Now on 16/07/2012 they cut our channels and started giving some useless excuses. Set box no-200831795672 & 1128
