Delay in delivery of ubislate7+.

I had placed an order for ubislate7+ on 6 may,2012. I had also made advance payment and had sent the cheque of 9.00 (cheque no.023496) of sbi bank gariadhar on 012. The cheque get cleared on 012. But till on date 17 july I have not receive my device. I have sent many emails to the company and everytime they gave a date. On 14/05/12 they gave date early july. On 18/05/12 they gave date early july on 26/05/12 they gave date 1june to 15 june. On 31/05/12 they gave date early july and at last on 27/06/2012 they gave date end of july!!! now, I am requesting grahak seva kendra to give me justice. I have mailed them many times for my order but they are not replying. You can see my order details below.
