Order not received from 100bestbuy
I had ordered a leather purse last week ie 11th july 2012 from 100bestbuy.Com. Cost was around 3500 inr. I tend to shop a lot online and came to know very soon that the site has something teriffic wrong with it. I.E. They DID not update status of my order. My amount was immediately deducted from the account but I got mail from them as transaction failed. They DID not reply to any of my mails. I tried calling them but all of the numbers on the site do not seem to be working. If it was cash on delivery order I could have managed but I have lost my money in this.

I have participated in may month contest and till now they have not announced the results if I asked they are saying tomorrow........ and first of they are not lifting my calls and if they lift they are cutting immediately .Its full money loss to me.Inaddition to my 400 rupees now I dont have any patience I am going to court.All those who have lost also join me.....

I had called 100bestbuy today[saturday] for status of my order. I came to know the item was not available and it will be dispatched on monday. Then after that it will take 4 days to reach me. So total 15 days after placing my order I am supposed to get it. Payment has been done on the first day itself from my side.
Problem with these guys is they dont care about their customers. If an item isnt avaiable and it is going to be late they should inform me beforehand.
I feel very sad that such sites are existing in india. Irresponsible and careless people they are. Despite so many complaints getting logged in repeatedly they are not correcting their acts.

you cheats....where is my product? where is my money? are you a completely fraud site? why are you not picking up phone? none of your number is working today..
do you want me to go to consumer court for a small item like leather purse?
The 100bestbuy cheats had informed me I will get my refund in 48 hours. I have not got my money back yet.
