Emart- Videocon silver jubilee scratch card cheating

I have purchased videocon LCD tv . That time company had given a scratch card coupon that I had to redeem via phone at online no. This scratch card is part of videocon siver jubilee offer . I spoke to emart india executive and gave sratch card no. And asked to redeem the voucher . The voucher wroth rs . 0/-. I ordered two ladies kurtas of thise voucher . Emart india executive told me thate time my ladies kurtas will be delivered in two week time. Now it is almost 2 month to get completed and I have not received any ladies kurtas from emart india .
