Blazeflash courier service complaint

I sent through blazeflash couriers ltd. Of 2e/8,jhandelwalan extension,new delhi-110055 a letter on 2nd july,2012 vide their consignment number 5780 for delivery to my daughter at kolkata.Till date delivery has not been made.When I wanted to lodge my complaint with them over phoneduring last saturday e.I. 2nd july,2012 their concerned employee abruptly kept the receiver.In case , it could not have been delivered ,by this time they should have returned it to me.
