Bajaj allianz new unit gain Reference no : 0089879788 no claim amount yet

Dear sir, reference no : 9788 & product name : bajaj allianz new unit gain date: 04/03/2008 I was having the above said policy from bajaj allianz company . I have paid ,000 premium(single in year) for three years , after that I have raise the surrender request(request no 18868376-dated 012) after telephonic discussion with the executive of bajaj allianz I got the information on my account amounting to rs. 45,000.But till date I had not received any information regarding the claim amount & the procedure to claim.Each time when I call ms.Sheetal for the status she asked me for one weeks time & never responded back.I have no communication hard & soft copies regarding the premium amount receipt, the policy documents etc. The company is not answering my calls nor they are reverting back and hence I need to know the procedure to surrender the policy. I need detailed clarification on this from above said mutual fund company and I need the details regarding the my receivable balance amount with the date .
