Refused to give tatkal ticket even time was left

Sir, it was 10:15am on 17th july, 012. I reached railway reservation counter, rafiganj. When I was in line, it was time for tatkal ticket booking. I saw some brokers at the counter taking huge amount of tickets. Public were shouting against the booking clerk but no response at all. One broker took ticket of rs 11000.00(approx). All the customers saw the insident and complained the booking clerk but took no action. But when 11.45am reached, me and my friend reached the counter to book a tatkal ticket even in waiting list. The booking clerk refused to give us tatkal ticket even then the time was 11.48am and we could get the waiting listed ticket as I had already checked on internet. This practise is regularly increasing here, so please I request you to take some effective action as soon as possible so that general public can take genuine advantage.
