Tikona no refund amount of my deposit user ID 1100243768

Its been now 3 & half months I am not getting my refund amount previous in april 2012 they have not closed my account nor given any confirmation though I have given closer as well as instrument very same day but tikona was not responding at my regular follow up they have closed my account in june & started demanding the bill amount which I have not used now they are adjusting my deposit with existing bill amount which I have not used I have been mentally harassed about the billing from the tikona executive please help me to recover my deposit amount... my user ID is : 3768 my cell number is : 2122
