Sivasa packers and movers loss and stolen of items while delivery of household goods

I have booked my house-hold and car shifting from navi mumbai to new delhi from sivasa packers and movers on 4th june 2012 via consignment no. 9566 & 567. There were 62 carton boxes packed with all house hold items. On 13th june 2012 they deliver my household at 11 pm at my new delhi residence. The delivery staff was not supportive to check and open boxes while delivery. We found many of the items were broken and damaged. Because at night 11 pm due to electricity cut, we were unable to check and open all the boxes. One of their delivery staff has stolen my samsung cdma mobile mobile while unpacking one of the box. We got to know the same when we received mobile tracker messages on our alternate numbers from sivasa packers mumbai mobile sim(#91-9321781350). I talked with the mr. Narsi sharma mumbai branch and they admitted that one of their delhi staff has stolen the mobile while delivery. On conversation with them no action has been taken for mobile and as well as claim settlement for my damage household item. Pathetic service received from sivasa packers and movers. After many number of calls to their delhi and mumbai office. The live example of irresponsibility shown by sivasa packers. 1) as per the communication, the insurance coverage should have been for house hold items till delivery but smartly they charged good amount and purchased accidental insurance for transit vehical. 2) they promised to give delivery in sivasa private vehicals but we observed no vehical delivery done on sivasa trucks while pick and drop of house holds. 3) they committed, of scratch less delivery of the product but major of the items found with big scrates like godrej almiraha, washing machine, computer trolley, refridgerator gas leackage and capillary breakage. Excersize machine broken, photo frame broken, damage of the crockery,baskets,cups,stand,soft drinks glasses, hot case,snacks tray and plastic boxes. Caught them stolen of my samsung mobile worth rs. 5000 + total loss incurred: 0.00
