Bank loan from Canara Bank

We have 'shriram computers' as our computer shop at shivaji road,tal-shrirampur,dist-ahmednagar. We have our current account from last 3 years.A/C number XXXXXXXXX1023 at shrirampur branch.We have applied for cash credit loan from bank.All necessary documents such as 1) search report of property 2)valuation report of the property 3) account statement from chartered accountant 4)property documents are also submitted to the bank.But bank manager mr.Pradip patil ignoring our request from last 9 months. We also have banks "loan sanctioned letter" with us. We have huge loss in our business due to this delay.It will cost us rs.50,000/- Kindly help us in this issue.
