I had booked a new connection with tikona on 11/07/12 through a sales executive named 'nitin' from their team who approached me regarding the same. Now when their engineer has come for installation, he confirmed that our location does not have enough connectivity and has no signal. Hence its not feasible to go ahead with the connection. We requested them to take this as a formal request for cancellation of order and furnish a full refund of rs 5400 paid to their company via executive "nitin" I also wanted to raise a formal complaint against their sales employee "nitin" mobile# 4171 as he cheated us with false commitment not only regarding the connection and connectivity but he also committed to paying the installation charges to the local electrician for wiring amounting to rs 400. Due to his false commitment, we have already waited and wasted one full week and also gone through so much pain and mental harassment throughout the process. He still has the audacity to not pick up any of our calls from past 2 days. Its a shame that they have such team members in their team who are doing fraud with the customers. I would never recommend tikona to anyone within my friends, family and colleagues at work. Waiting for our amount to be refunded.
