Vodafone India network 3g gprs connection problems and unfair billing.
Dear grahakseva, my number 185, my alternate number is 3979 I want to say that vodafone are cheating their customers in name of 3g data plan connections the network problem is the worst in thane city mumbra area pincode 0612 maharashtra india and 3g gprs network is very very very slow and there is always download problems on 3g network of vodafone india network 3g data network is very slow please help me to resolve the problems vodafone india is cheating with customers in the name of 3g network. My 3g network download speed is very slow and 2g network the worst downloading problems because in area like mumbra shailesh nagar district thane pincode we have no 3g network only 2g network shows on the screen that too with fewer network bars one or two but vodafone does not want to improve and keeps on giving false promises through television advertisement's and print media ads vodafone is unable to give quality plus 7 star services in the maharashtra state like thane city suburbs area kalwa mumbra diva mira road kausa etc. And overall postpaid of vodafone is expensive too because they are generating unfair billing amount without any details so please resolve my problems or tell me how to proceed towards consumer court grahakseva please help me I want to file a case against vodafone india. Me too a customer in vadodara cheated by vodafone 3g services on mobile. Vodfone authorities told it is my handset problem I changed my hanset to new samsung ace plus again the problem exists.Vodfone nodal centre in charge mr rohit in ahemendabad came up with lot of excuses. Service technicians were sent but in vain . While visiting chennai in between I was able to acess 3g conection very well. I told this matter to mr rohit but he seems to be a deaf ear ! happy to cheat customers !
