No reservation coach against which my ticket has been booked

I have booked my ticket from irctc at train no.18414 for travel from cuttack to paradeep (pnr no.- 124) for journey date of 012. But after waiting around 2 hours, it was found that there is no reservation coach against which my ticket has been booked. Result, I have to travel with huge mob on a very uncomfortable way and I feel sulky/Cheated. I want to aware everybody about this short of cheating by irctc.
