Wrong opening of insurance policy by LIC of india

Some how LIC of india janak puri branch no 31 b delhi divisional office-III have issued the following policies in my name which were actually not applied by me. 1-policy no 0947 dtd 28-03-12 for rs 00/- For 55 years 2-policy no 0949 dtd 28-03-12 for rs 00/- For 55 years 3-policy no 0950 dtd 28-03-12 for rs 00/- For 55 years 4-policy no 0954 dtd 28-03-12 for rs 00/- For 55 years 5-policy no 0944 dtd 28-03-12 for rs 00/- For 55 years 6-policy no 0942 dtd 28-03-12 for rs 00/- For 55 years 7-policy no 0945 dtd 28-03-12 for rs 00/- For 55 years 8-policy no 0946 dtd 28-03-12 for rs 00/- For 55 years in all the policies mentioned above my name ,fathers name and address is correct but the date of birth is wrong. In the proposal applications for these policies the person who initiated these must have given wrong details of the bank accounts for payment of next premiums through ecs. I have come to know about all this when notices from LIC ecs service -mash deptt.Have been recd. In the month of july 2012 mentioning ther in that the ecs have been returned.I have no saving bank accounts with allahabad bank a/C no 1425 and with indian overseas bank a/C no 100. It is requested that the matter may be investigated and I should not be harrassed by sending notices for payment of premiums for the policies which I have not applied for and have been issued in my name .
