IRCTC online booking not happening

Dear sir / Madam, I am not able to login to my account on regularly due to which lot of time it happens my booking will be half done and money is deducted from my account and ticket is not booked. This I face regularly. I would like to know , the site irctc.Co.In is really meant for people of india ? this site is complete nonsence site which exploit people of india who beleives in growth. I know there is nothing going to happen with my words but please and request to take necessary step to rectify the problems and present 100 % clear product to public. Please suggest any other site through which tickets can be booked. Jimson
