Aircel- please note customer is not a fool

My name is ashwin iyer my aircel mobile number connection 5348 is as old as 3 yrs whenever I go out on official work I give this number only aircel company has been deducting my balance from last 1 year for ingenious reasons...the amount dections start when I put balnce of 30 rs or 50 rs the next day I get to see only 5 or 6 rs as balance numerous times I have complained to aircel ltd but have got no response and got only big anonymous complaint numbers. I am tired of all this mental agony caused to me by aircel and am planning to deactivate their sim card soon but grahakseva I request you to take a needed action... in agony, ashwin
