I have a pureitt marvella water purifier.I had ordered a germikill kit on 7 july saturday at 4.50p.M. They sent me a message back confirming the order.It was written in the message that if I do not get the kit within 72 hours I will get the kit free of charge.There was no other message regarding the same .On 10 july I rang up the pureitt consumer section at 6.30 p. M. Regarding the same.The person at the other end assured me that since 72 hours had already elapsed since giving the order I would get the kit free of charge.The technician from taj services(mr.Angad) at gorai came to my place at 7.30 to change the kit.After changing the kit he asked me to pay rs.650 which I refused.I then talked with his boss mr.Imtiaz who refused to listen to my complaint.I was on the phone for half an hour but they refused to listen to me.Legally since 72 hours had passed after ordering the kit I am entitled to a free germikill kit but they refuse to listen to me.Please help.There is no drinking water in my house since the last 3 days.I have been ordering bottled water worth rs.200 since the last 3 days.What should I do for this harrasement?please reply. I sumbit complain arround 22-11-2012.The next day mobile no..7742762690 and tell we receive u r complain and solve u r complain tomorrow but no one come to solve my problem. I call 9214026111 amardeep incharge of service center .He says tecnision on leave .Next day I call again he says today I complete u r complain . No one come. I register on my complain again in helpline no. On 25-12-2012. On 26-11-2012 I call rajasthen sells head mr.Varun he promiss me I complete u r complain around 5.00 pm on day . I agreed arround 3.00 pm I call amerdeep he says me u talk mr.Varun I complete u r problem on day . He send a person to solve complain with incomplete parts . I return the person and mr.7742762690 call u r complain complete . I am very distarb in this day . I give water from my neighbour . In days I am a bagger. U take action of the three person
