Hi, on the 21sf of may, I had ordered for a mobile phone, vox 501+ full touch screen dual sim smart phone + bluetooth. The phone was delivered to me within 3 days. When I received the product, it DID not work and the physical product was different from the advertisement. I place a complaint with customer service and was advised to return it. I was then assured of a refund and the accounts department called and took my bank details. A month later, I had received a replacement instead of a refund. I refused to accept the courier. Now after two months, there is no communication, even after promising a refund. Being a psychologist, I was terribly disturbed, I can only imagine what other people must be going through.
