Hi, on the 21sf of may, I had ordered for a mobile phone, vox 501+ full touch screen dual sim smart phone + bluetooth. The phone was delivered to me within 3 days. When I received the product, it DID not work and the physical product was different from the advertisement. I place a complaint with customer service and was advised to return it. I was then assured of a refund and the accounts department called and took my bank details. A month later, I had received a replacement instead of a refund. I refused to accept the courier. Now after two months, there is no communication, even after promising a refund. Being a psychologist, I was terribly disturbed, I can only imagine what other people must be going through. Why can't we get together and file a class action suit against this fraudulent company? thanks and regards. Dr. Dominic dixon bangalore.

it's been two months now and I have no resolution in regards to the refund. Show me cause as to why I should not file a case of fraud against your company.
If I do not receive any intimation in regards to my refund by saturday the 14th july I will take legal action. Naaptol will have to reimbursement my legal fees for engagement of a lawyer. I will also make the matter public.

for those who've been scammed by naaptol we're working on a class action suit where multiple people can sue them with a single complaint. We're lodging the complaint at the bangalore consumer court. This is the website http:/Confonet.Nic.In and the processing fees is only rs.100/-. Naaptol will have to shell out the legal costs and the costs of loss and trauma.

I would like to take legal path on naaptol having booked a samsung mobile more than a month ago its status is "lost shipping " and they are not responding to refund / Resend the shipment.
Naaptol has returned my money in full. I recorded all their conversations and warned them. They returned my money. Contact times now and ask them to investigate. You can also take the matter to the consumer court. You will win and will also be reimbursed you lawyer fees.
