Bag it today fraud

Ear sir, I am mayur chavda I hv booked one package on 5998rs on 22-05-2012 from bag it today and my booking ID is 0951 and mobile number is 9831 now the thing is that I have booked through neha sharma mo 9053 when she called she says that sir now u just book the package I will give u the hcl tablet after a week now its almost 2 months I dont got any gift. I got the vouchers only when I calling her she is not replying every time she says it will happen or courier ho chuka hai and all those stuff now she is saying that I am not giving you any gift u have paid amount to company not me u can contact the customer care though I dnt get any gift I want to cancel the order and I want the money back take this seriously I want money back as soon as possbile thank you mayur chavda pls sir help me getting my money back I dnt want any packge from bag it today pls help me pls
