My pf is not paid by pf office malad/ Kandivili

I had resigned from systime computer and my pf withdrawal application was sent to epf office my and after 4 months it shows on website that its rejected I have not received any letter nor correspondence for epf not any amount. When I call then the phones ar extremely busy and if asked they say reply is sent to the company and this way my pf amount is now stuck uppaid with epf dept.
