Product was not delivered from omege cell creation

I saw an advertisement in quikr website in the name of omega cell creation. They were selling mobiles in cheaper cost.So I contacted the phone no given in that website and I ordered for an apple iphone .It was mentioned that I should pay the 50% of the money at the starting and remaining when the product is delivered to me.I paid the money of 8000 on the name of karan singh in state bank of india.Finally I received a call saying your shipping wil only be done if you pay the full amount.I received many emails and I have it as a proof.
