Exploitation by gas service providers

My family uses bharat gas cylinders for household purpose. Last month we came to know that now we need to book cylinders through sending a message to service providers. We accordingly messaged them through my father's mobile and the message charge was rs.3/-. Though it sounds cheaper in micro sense but its large scale exploitation of many. We were forced to pay 3rs even though my dad had taken the message scheme. Its totally unfair as we feel the primitive method of booking is very much convenient than the modern one and also its cheaper. I am here by complaining to seek your help with a hope you will soon help us come out of high exploitation of consumers.
