Paytm.Com failure online rechage

I had made a transaction for my data card recharge through paytm.Com for 1000 rs.On 1st of may 2012.Which was not gone through and bank charged me for the same.Over and above I have been facing my hardtime in getting my money back.When I ask bank people to reverse the charges they ask me to get them the transaction I.D. So as to do the same.But paytm.Com neither has any helpline no.Nor has any proper mail I.D.I am big time frustrated with paytm.Com company. If they donot get my money back I will not hesitate to go legal against them.
