Hello, ref account no 5914 bill no. 7429 mobile no 8080 the company has levied rs 6.27 inr for internet usage time shown as 16:26:34 to 18:18:41. Its totally baseless. It's practically impossible to download such data in this time on mobile. That to in the vicinity of ruby hall hospital pune. Even if were to be some kind of virus the mobile should have shown some error etc. It surely is a system error which is denied by the customer care. My numbers 8080 and 7000 are barred from outgoing and no positive response from anybody. Request you to intervene and support.

It is humiliating to have incoming barred since the number (9766497000 in group)is circulated amongst all circle business and friends.

Tata docomo gprs billing is just baseless. Somebody must be mad to use this costly net from his phone when he can buy a net connection over six months.
I too was duped for 5500 another guy from haryana was charged 12000. This is is not fair.
