Paytm cheating for paytm cash
I recharged from the site "paytm.Com" my reliance netconnect+ with rs 650 on 14th june , I had rs 3 as paytm cash , so rs 647 got deducted from my account with order no. - 962" n recharged failed...when I tried to get in touch with the contact no. Ther's no number for customer care as such..I mailed them also several time also but gt no positive reply ...I request the authorities to take this forward and compensate my loss so that in mere future these mis haps wont occur and people like me wont get cheated up. My user no for paytm is: 9742501358.A stringent action needs to be initiated .

we have already completed the refund process of rs. 650 from paytm side for our order number 40235962.
Remember if you do not see this balance in your bank account yet it is because your bank does not reflect this refund instantly. You could check with them on time it takes for such refunds to show up.
