Tikona digital's harassment with customers
Hi all I call the technician and I told him about my problem that my net is not working due to wire cut from roof he said he will come within 2 hours I gave him my complain number also but he didnt come I call him again than he said he is at home he can't come than I ask what about my problem am facing problem from last 3 days . He said so what can I do I have many complain you are not only customer am not free. Than I said I will complain about you to company ..his answer was go to hell I dont care @###&&@ (jo ookhadna hai ookhadle )I will not come.... this kind of thing I will not tolerate ... I want to disconnect my net or I want some action on this ...
