Regarding manhandling and damaging of property at business premises

When I was in the soorya colour lab dated 11/07/2012 time about 3.00pm lokesh, prasanth and amith were been in the lab a person hailing from b.Kathihally, hassan a person named babu alias vijayakumar, manjunath and others entered the lab forcefully and enquirer D about kumar and we asked who is that they started abused us in bad language and started throwing away the lab computer systems and other articles in the lab and they damaged and started beating lokesh with hard substance and blood bleed in lokesh face and other parts of body prasanth and amith were also beaten. They also snatched the golden chain out the neck of lokesh weighing about 40 grams and they taken away the cash of rs.58000/- Damaging computers and other accessories in the lab. Praveen.P the owner of the lab along with anand and dharma they were also manhandled by them. They entered the lab forcefully and damaged and they also caused us the mental hardship by them. I herewith request you to take action and provide us the justice.
