Eltek ltd do not pay my payment

Respected sir I have to join in eltek at ahmedabd as a service engg. And I have done my job for 20day. Then I will get one interview in surat for application developer. So I will join that company.But my payment and expensive will not provided by the person.And no one person to help me on eltek department.So,please tell me how to get my payment.
