Income tax refund of FY 2010-11 , assesment year FY 2011-12.
I didn't get income tax refund of fy2010-11 , assessment year fy2011-12. Rs. 00/- Is my return money. When I will get it. My pan no is adnpd0555f. When I pay income tax timely. Why should not I get my return in time.

My mother has not received her income tax refund yet for the assessment year 2011-12 which is approx 6500/-. Pan is agjpb0777c. Please help her get the refund.
