Complaint against mts data card service provider

I recharge my mts data card on 3rd july2012 of rs.298/- For one month but on 10th july message on my mobile received me that," your period of data card has been completed you have to rechage immediately.Only 5 days, the service is available for me. How is the use of online recharging ?its not time saving but time consuming factor....mts data card service/Speed is also slow.... bhavana gokhale
