MTNL bill overcharged
On 012, I received a message on my mobile 4902 (mtnl) from 7007 stating" you have been renewed news pack pack. You have been charged rs 7 for 7 days. To unsubscribe please send unsub wnews to 737" I have never subscribed to any such service and never received any such service. So this charge is most uncalled for and is a precursor to higher charges in future in the name of services. I called 1503 many times to register my complaint but am unable to connect as every time it says there is no place in the que.I feel mtnl is not going to listen as it is deliberate way to generate revenue like many private service providers. I have already sent" unsub wnews to 737" but I am sure they will cheat me by some other similar trick ravi chand garg

Same here. I've been charged twice. On 10th as well as on 24th july. Number 9871056301

I have been charged every week since 10 july 2012. I have been fed up of sending unsub wnews to 53737 but they are still charging. Many times I approached customer care but no use of talking to them.
