Dining plus card fraud

Dear sir, as per my telephonic conversation with you in regards to the card no:2517161 sent to me via bluedart along with a renewed card issued to me.But to my surprise I was charged a sum of rupees : 00/- Of which I was not informed about, this as per my knowledge is a fraudulent practice.I want to cancel the card and I need my money to be refunded back to my card without any further delay. And please kindly inform me about the matter so that I will send you back the card. Looking forward for a favorable reply thanks & regards sher singh
