To replace the faulty transformer

Dear sir, M.G.M school is located on the betma sagore road. About 900 students are studying here. Our problem is the transformer from which we get supply. It is faulty & not working. We informed the concerned authorities, but show there helplessness by saying that the new dp is not available from indore. I beg you in the name of the students to do the needful.
