Non-receipt of degree certificate, provisional certificate and marksheets 2008 from Annamalai Univ.

Dear sir. I had taken admission in ba english ( code 094 ) in annamalai university from distance education ( open university system in 2006 vide application no.150979.. enrolment no.0940500371.. I appeared all three years examination and finally passed in 008. But since than the university has not sent my provisional/ Degree certificate alongwith marksheets all three years. I have written many registered letters with reply paid but no reply received. Further ,I changed my residence from new delhi to dehradun. Accordingly, as per rule in prospectus, I sent DD for rs.100/- Charges for change of address. Than only the university office vide their letter no.Dde/Ous/E4/2011-2012 dated 20-03-2012 stating that I have not paid 2nd year tution fee. Immediately, on tracing my documents I replied them vide my registered letter dated 16-04-2012 that tution fee for 2nd year amounting rs.1450 plus rs.100 /- Late fee.. total rs.1550 demand draft already deposited in study center at thuklakabad ( near batra hospital) new delhi on 23-12-2006 ( DD no.0429519442 dtd 23-12-2006 in f/O director, dde, annamalai university payable at sbi chidambram) now, since more than 2 months after my reply, the controller of examination,,university office has not sent my degree certificate alongwith marksheet for I,II & iiird year....
