Idea cell hungama sms entertaintment pack

I have complaint twice to close the hungama entertainment sms pack. Complaint nos are 581, 218. Each time I call customer care for the deactivation of the pack some how the pack gets activated. Customer care representative does not help at all and speak rudle. The last person I spoke to was deepak (representative DID not give me his last name stating companies policy). Unsub mov is the code sent through M number on 4300 at 03:03 pm since then the pack is keep on getting activated.The services of idea is really sucking big time. Just because of this stupid vas I have lost rs. 7/-. This is really frustrating. Calling customer care is like wastage of time. Calling them each time deducts balance as well. Kindly help on this. This case might be reaching to some higher authorities if unattended properly. My alternate number is 6547 and the complaint is from 960.
