Aakash ubislate not delivered, its 5th month after my payment

I've ordered ubislate 7+ on 01st march, 012, bearing booking ID: pme3df583c26, I made a DD drawn on state bank of india (sbi) on 02nd march, 2012 for rs. 00/- Bearing DD no. 8988 and I've posted it through speedpost (no: eno54493445in)on the same date, the company promised to delivery the product by the end of march but I've not received any delivery of ubslate till now (5months after making payment). For me rs. 00/- Is not a small amount, I have written many mails to the company and always I get a reply that my order will be delivered in 0-15 days but its didn't happened. Now I have no interest in ubislate and I'LL be happy if I get my amount back.
