Bombay bakers overprice of thumbsup drink

I went to a bakery store named bombay bakers,I bought one thumsup(softdrink).The rate printed on the bottle was rs25 but the owner charged me with rs 35 saying they charged for chilling the bottle in fridge. Please I request you to concern my complain and take action against the owner. Thanks.
