Indian Health Organisation not cancelling policy
I got call from indian health organisation on 11th april'12 and I was discussing with mr.Shyam soni. As per our telephonic discussion I said I will pay money by cheque or deposited in your organisation a/C. He said no problem sir, but we require your credit card no. For only verification and this amount will not deduct from your a/C. This way giving me wrong information they debited rs.7500+5000 = rs.12500/- From my sbi a/C. I had send the request on 13th-april'12 for cancellation of my policy but till time its not cancelled. I talk around 8 to 10 person on thair hot line no. 4466 for cancellation but I was getting answer that it cancell with 10 day's than after 10 days again I was calling and they said it will cancel with in week and 1 week called again getting answer that it will take 72hrs and than 48hrs and finally I got answer that your policy cancellation time period is expire so it can not be cancelled. Even they take money for 3 year policy and issue me 2 year policy only. I talk with mr. Robin, ms. Kanak, mr. Bhavesh,, ms. Asima, mr. Rakesh, but every one giving me a wrong asnwer. Even day befor yesterday I called and mr. Robin said you will get call in 24hrs, but till time I dont get call. I do the writen communication also with them by thair e-mail ids. But I don't get any reply from them. See below the writen mail communication. I request you to kindly help me against this fraud. The below commication was done on 13th april'12 as per telephonic discussion with mr. Shyam soni they do the froud with me. By unnecessary communication and forud communication the take my card no. And said the below mentioned ,500 you can pay bu cash, by cheque or transfer. Do this way froud comunication with me and he take the whole amoount by using my credit card no. If your company finding this way coustomer ? I am going for this froud complaint to grahak suraksa court. I need proper way to comunicate. Today .I.E on 12.07.12 I talked with ms. Nilam of iho and she given me 5 to 8 working days for confirmation. Again after 3 month they are giving only days for wait not giving confirmation of cancellation and amount credit in our a/C. So many complaints below against iho. Pls take action.

I was also cheated (with wrong commitments) from iho company they took 6600rs from me which I was told we are holding this amount n if u dun like this offer u will get refund and I was cleated I dun think iho exist they simply call up people n give false commitment and then finish
On firday .I.E on 19.07.12 I talked with mr. Rahul L am of iho and he given me 3 to 4 working days for confirmation. Again after 3 month they are giving only days for wait not giving confirmation of cancellation and amount credit in our a/C. So many complaints below against iho. Pls take action.
