Complaint of cheat and fraud against country club

Dear sir, I was being invited by country club personnel for attending 45 minutes presentation and collect free gift voucher for 6n/7d holiday on 16th june 2012 at center stage mall ,noida. When I went there they tried to explain me the benefits of taking membership under their promotional offer. I was not prepared mentally and financially but they lure me on the basis of some lucrative offers and promises. Seeing my focus on money, executive tried to convince me on the lowest offer for membership. He told me the cost of membership ,000 rs in total for 10 yrs. I have asked him whether there are other charges involved, but he kept denying any other charge and assured me that I have to pay ,000 only nothing else. He convinced me to give 00/- As initial amount and this too would get me refunded in the form of DD after 15 days and then ,000 I'LL have to pay in 24 emi's within 2 yrs as 00/- Monthly. I paid those ,000 in cash. They gave me the copy of approval form, receipt of payment and events card. They assured me that I'LL get the membership kit in next 5-20 days and I have to provide them some documents for further processing. Though I took the membership but had doubt about this deal was very restless. On the very next working day I.E. On 18th june I have enquired on customer care about the membership fee and got to know that there is 00/- Involved as amc. Further, other services are also chargeable like pike& drop from airport/Station. Transportation and site seeing even have to pay for booking rooms also. I was shocked to know all these as nowhere I was being told about amc and these many charges. They DID not even mention amc on my approval form. I found myself cheated and they made me fool and over budgeted. The total input money is now more than doubled than that I was being conveyed. I asked them to cancel the deal and refund my money back. Same executive even again tried to misguide me after saying that amc is not mandatory and I would pay that only when book the club for family function or any other celebration. When I wrote them about this fraud and present the proof that I was not being told about amc in written, they called me to their csm noida office to settle and refund. Somehow I DID manage to go to their office. They gave some mail ID's and asked to communicate further as they are employees and can’t return my money back. Its only in the hands of senior management to cancel and refund. Since then I have been writing and nobody is responding. When I call them they just try to avoid and pass the bug to other. Please help me out in getting my hard earned money back and to get rid of these cheaters and fraud. I am feeling like an idiot and whole day this incident scorch my head. It took my peace of mind and focus from my work away.
