Idea cellular balance deduction for Ideamall service

I dont know when ideamall service has been activated on my phone. I DID not activate it. And they cut 20 rupees for that. Now another msg came that tomorrow 10 rs will again deduct for renewal. I also talked idea customer care they said that service has been deactivate. But they DID not do
