3g service not activated in idea network

Hi sir, I send sms as act3g 12345..on idea network.I received activated successfully but I M not getting 3g:...I hav selected 3g in my nokiya c7-00 mobile..I gave complaint to idea care many times but they dint help me in solving.Can you plz solve me this.
