Hi I am surender, I brought blackberry storm 9530 with 3g+2gb sd card from naaptol in may 12.But after 15 days this device totally dead and I DID compliant to naaptol customer care and they suggest me to send this mobile back to company and they ensured me if I will do this they will replaced me within 7 days of my device delivered and I DID my device courier from your authorize courier company blue dart on 3rd july awb no::13527623200,,and I update this awb no to naaptol on same day..after that whenever I called to naaptol ccr they DID not confirmed me when I will get my device then today I confirmed to blue dart and they told me my device delivered on 4th july to your delhi office and courier accept by mr. Vipin.After that I called to customer care executive(mr. Raman) and he ensured me that they will refund me my money or handset.But still I have not received any handset or money. Now I will ensure you if I will not get refund then I will sue the naaptol and I will go to consumer court for the same now I can not bear this kind of service.... my order no is:-3888066. Blackberry storm 9530 phone is always not working properly I am also suffering the same problem and would like to replace my handset.

Hi.....again I have received defected handset...so today(6th aug. 12) I returned this handset to naaptol..so now I want my payment back of rs.-9 198 with in 7 working days....otherwise I will go consumer court for the same now I can not bear this kind of service....my order no. Is-3888066...

today is 23rd of aug 12 and still I have not gotten my money back..after that I have received a call from customer care executive(mr. Sudhir) on date 8th july 12 and he said to me that the product has been received and he ensured me that they will refund me my money with in 7-10 working days.But still I have not received my money.I called to customer care executive many times but all they say that you will get your money back very early.I have paid money more than 500 to call customer care executives.
Now I will ensure you if I will not get refund then I will sue the naaptol and I will go to consumer court for the same now I can not bear this kind of service....
