Pantel technologies non delivery of Penta tablet
Pre booking ID pent0085036 I had pre booked the tablet online and also had made payment through punjab national bank as per company requirement on 012. Till date I had not received the tablet and each time company gives a new excuse or new date of dispatch. Originally company assured of maximum 96 hrs for delivery after depositing amt but till date even after one and half month no response.

I will share my experience.
I trakced my order status using the booking ID & the tab was delivered to me in about 10 days.
I M quite happy with the tab and its working well.
Try speaking to the customer care of pantel.
I M sure you will get some help there.
32 days after payment neither delivering the tab nor providing refund
