Hi, vinod V haria business name: first fashion current acc no: XXXXXXXX3713 state bank of patiala: mumbai ghokle road dadar west I am complaining because, in the banking hour there was no one on the desk to collect cheque for withdrawal. Upon questioning I was told the person had gone for lunch. Then I asked the cashier why isn't anyone else has taken the seat in banking hours. I was told no tp talk to then and complaint to the manager or the senior officer. There was no manager in the bank, so I DID not complaint as there was no point talking to any officer. Only one cashier attending everyone. I was the only one to withdraw cash and I was made to wait approx 30 min and also when my turn came at that time to take the cheque and verify it took 10 min. When I was given cash I asked for 500 note instead of 000, the cashier said rudely that you should have asked for it before when you cheque came back from processing and when I was counting, I told him I DID not know that he was working on my cheque and counting my money as I was made to wait at the side. Then he said wait then I will give you 500 note after sometime. I noticed he had 500 note in bulk in his drawer but he still made me wait for another 10 min. If the bank has cctv camera al this is recorded, and can be verified. The cashier and the lady accompanying him was so rude, that I was treated as a beggar in my ouwn bank. If this complaint is not addressed I am goin to complaint to reserver bank of india and ask for compensation for such rude behavior and waste of time.
