Hanging heavy wires in Pgvcl

Respected sir, my customer no are 6/7. I gave application to pgvcl,khambhalia for hanging heavy 66kv wires on my home. I gave application in april,2012. After that I have remind them so many times but no response from their sides. They are giving false excuses and till date there is no result from their side. The lower level employees are giving rude reply and they are not replying us properly. So kindly do needful for me to solve my problem.
