Sai enterprises failure of turbo ventilator delivery

I had ordered 6 nos of turbo ventilator fans. On 1/6/12 I deposited rs.10000 in the company's account as advance towards order. I was promised the delivery within 7 days. But after that the company head mr.Emone roy has been dodging my calls and has been very unresponsive. He then again promised that the goods will be delivered by 7/7/12 but still in vain. I want to cancel my order and get mt advance back.
