Firstflight intentionally not delevering my parcels
In the month of may2012 I ordered one pandrive from homeshop18.The delivery boy of the courier not delivered.I complain the matter at homeshop18 and they refund the money after enquiry.The courier want to settle the matter with me but I refused.Now they are started to harras me by not delivering my letters ,parcels etc.To me.I am a popular person in my area and all the delivery boy of all courriers know me personally.But recently one of my order at bagittoday,newdelhi amounting to rs 8.00 vide order no 1187 is returned by the courier undelivered intentionally and the company refused to refund the money as per term and condition.

Sir my pan card courier I am not received the firstflight courier service they nit able to find me address.So no problem my father directly go the courier office near by thirupattur.The courier office return again send to mumbai so I have face lot of problem in my company so please kindly I need to my parcel.
