Free offers charged in big bazaar (while selecting in the floor they tell free but it will be billed in your bill)

I have purchased "apple" & "mango" in big bazaar on 07/07/2012 through bill number 1134 - cashier name: ramraj. As per their floor advertisement on "fruits & vegetables" if you buy for rs.>200 you will be eligible for free gift of "MC cain smiles" - the counter itself the free gift was given to us, while completing our billing, I was cleared told to the billing person about hte "mccaint smiles" is free for "fruits" he said, it will be scanned and it will not come and any value, due to heavy croud and closure time of the shop, we came to home and verified the bill, he charged for "free smiles" also he included on "aachi curry masala" for rs. 11 in the bill, which we have not purchased. For raising that I have called the telephone number (044 1470 & help line # 1800 200 255) mentioned in the bill for more than 15 times none of them responded the call.
