Not getting hindustan times paper after paying scheme of winter bonanza

Hello sir / Mam, I (yogesh sharma) cont. No. 529, stared 3 month subscription for rs 150 and was advised this will be for 3 months and no extra charges. Subs. Started on 16.May.2012 under ht winter bonanza scheme sl. No.Ht 2954 but your executives, mr. Gaurav from hindustan times whose mobile no. Is 9928 assure us that this will continue without any problem but it is not continue up to the mark, several times I have discussed with mr. Gaurav that I have not rec. N.Paper on time / Skip twice in a week but not, from 6/July/12 ht vendor mr. Rakesh stop this without any reason. Discussed with mr. Gaurav on 7/7/12 and he said that this will continue without break from tomorrow but still not come and now mr. Gaurav not picking my phone. I don’t know how hindustan times deal with their customers if this type of service will get then sorry to say you loose your customers and this is not a good sign. I request you to please take some strict action against culprit and stop these excercises.
